A Word to Our Sponsors:

The Bay Area ADME Society is a Non- Profit Organization that depends on the contributions of its members and the sponsorships of its patrons. Without these, our organization would cease to function effectively and we would not be able to bring to the Bay Area, the quality of speakers that we have. We do need sponsors - the membership fees that we charge are too low to sustain the Society and thus we are grateful for all and any Sponsorship. We have been very lucky in attracting sponsors - perhaps they recognize that by sponsoring our Society and meetings, they are getting a very high visibility to a very select group of scientists. In order to keep on attracting the high caliber of sponsors and also to clarify any confusion about what these sponsorships entail, the Steering Committee has outlined the following guidelines for our sponsors. We hope that these guidelines will help you in choosing the right type of sponsorship for your company. We also look forward to your suggestions on any improvements if any.

Vendors: $200. Allows a table at our quarterly meetings with the opportunity to interact with the members.

Sponsor: $1000. Including above also gets name of organization listed in our websites and email messages. Brief 2 minute introduction to our members.

Grand Sponsor: $2500. Including above also gets a 10 minute speaking slot with Power Point Presentations at our quarterly meetings.
